MTE Welcomes New Project Quantity Surveyor
We are thrilled to have further strengthened our team by welcoming aboard Andy Hall to Mech-Tool Engineering (MTE) as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
Andy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team having spent over 30 years working in the Oil and Gas industry as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. Andy has worked on many major projects in several locations around the world including; Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Mexico, Australia, USA, Brazil and within the UK. Andy has had a variety of roles over the years which include estimating, procurement, logistics, cost control and pre and post contract administration with project values extending from a few million to over $1BN dollars, Andy said:
“A new year, a new decade and a new start. I am looking forward to commencing work with MTE, getting to know all my new colleagues and to the challenge’s that working on another major Project brings”.
Andy joins MTE with the responsibility of evaluating, maintaining and forecasting an accurate cost and value for designated elements of projects by means of measurement, estimation, calculation, administration, contract (and subcontract) interpretation, negotiation and general commercial contract management and change controls.
