As part of MTE’s strategic growth plans, we have recently appointed three seasoned professionals including a new BD Strategy and Proposals Director, an Engineering and Design Manager and an Electrical Engineer/Estimator.
Craig Rose joins the MTE business as BD Strategy and Proposals Director having previously worked as a Managing Director to major companies including McGill Services and KAEFER International Marine and Offshore Ltd. With over 35 years’ experience in the offshore and industrial sectors – mainly specialising in modular construction – and having previously worked with MTE on projects such as SeaDragon, Conoco Britannia ALQ and BP Valhall, Craig will be responsible for maximizing MTE’s order book whilst maintaining future development within the business.
As a Chartered Engineer with over 28 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, Louise Amerigo has stepped into the role of Engineering and Design Manager and will be responsible for leading the design team on major projects that we have in pipe. Louise is a specialist in heavy fabrication and engineering of topside modules, jackets, PAU’s and FPSO’s, most recently holding senior positions at OGN Group and Heerema Fabrication Group.
Andy Richardson joins MTE as our Electrical Estimator who will provide support in helping MTE to win more E&I work by facilitating costing and proposals, whilst also delivering design and fit out. With over 30 years’ experience in the business – and having previously worked with MTE on several projects – most recently Andy jointly owned E&I Solutions Ltd working as an Engineering Manager.
